Self-Serve Transactability
Whether a buyer (human or AI agent) can complete a purchase of a piece of software entirely online, without a human sales call.
This is one of the six agent-readiness sub-scores. It matters distinctly for agent-mediated buying: an autonomous agent evaluating software on a company's behalf can't sit through a discovery call, so vendors that gate pricing and purchasing behind "contact us" are, by construction, illegible to agent-driven procurement — regardless of how good the product itself is. Crail records this as a plain boolean (requiresSalesCallToBuy) on every vendor record.
